Managing the ceremony processional, timing, and transitions so everything flows seamlessly and stress-free. Overseeing all reception events. Serving as the main point of contact for vendors, guests, and the wedding party to ensure everything stays on schedule. Handling behind-the-scenes issues and last-minute changes so you and your family can fully enjoy the day.
Rehearsal Coverage & Final Venue Walkthrough:
- Ensuring everyone understands their roles, timing, and the overall flow of the ceremony so you can step into your wedding day feeling confident, relaxed, and fully prepared. This also includes a final venue walkthrough prior to the wedding day to review layout details, timeline flow, and event logistics to ensure every detail is finalized for a seamless celebration.

Partial Wedding Planning & Day of Coordination - $1800
Planning Sessions & Unlimited Communication:
- Multiple planning sessions and unlimited communication throughout the planning process to ensure every detail is organized and your vision is fully understood. This also includes full vendor communication, with me serving as your main point of contact after bookings are secured, ensuring seamless coordination and clear communication leading up to your wedding day. I also assist with planning lingering logistics, provide floor plan layout support, and offer light décor and design guidance to help bring your overall vision together cohesively. Additionally, you will receive month-by-month planning checklist guidance to keep you on track throughout the entire planning process, as well as a detailed décor checklist to ensure all design elements and setup needs are accounted for and prepared for a seamless wedding day.

I also handle contacting and booking vendors, serving as your main point of contact from start to finish to create a seamless experience. In addition, I design and coordinate all décor layout needs while overseeing and delegating key logistical details so every element is properly managed and executed. You will also receive month-by-month planning checklist guidance to keep you on track throughout the entire process, along with a detailed décor checklist to ensure all design elements and setup requirements are fully prepared for a smooth and stress-free wedding day.

Add Ons
Set Up & Clean Up - $800
- We’ll handle the set up and clean up of your venue, ensuring your space is decorated to match your vision. As well to stay and clean up. We take care of every detail so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment of your big day.
NOTE: If you only need setup or cleanup, the cost is $400 for each service.
Two-Person Team – (6 hours: $250) | (10 hours: $350)
- Add an extra team member to assist on your big day. This is extremely helpful for larger events and is already included when adding set up and clean up to your package.
Additionally Hourly Coverage - $50 per hour
- This is perfect if your timeline runs longer or you want extra moments captured.
Travel Fee - $150
- A travel fee of $150 base fee will be appiled for events located more than 50 miles outside of the New River Valley.

All clients will receive a contract outlining services, fees, and expectations to ensure full transparency - there will be no surprise charges.
